Gotta love that look you got from her. Becomes sort of a cliffhanger leaving one hanging with the idea of what came next. Nice catch.

hehe...... the not knowing makes the pic bro.... hehe...... she is really giving u the evil eye....... It has a weird timeless quality .... is it the 70's 8o's 90's now?I love the framing of this with the guys and cone and the other women as a back stop to her...... this is one of my faves of your street pics...... lifted bro...... really lifted..... nice one...... What is it about that particular street corner. Joe Holmes over at Joe's NYC has taken many shots at that exact spot.
For example: http://www.joesnyc.streetnine.com/archives/fortysecond_street-december_11_2006_14.html
I have my own issues about this corner, but that's another story..

er... nice shot of joe's and you are right... same spot...
well, for me this corner is a few blocks from where i work so a quick walk over lunch makes sense to me... but there are two things about this corner that are awesome... one... is very busy with people so its easy to snap photos without being noticed... - except that i like being noticed hehe - and the most amazing thing about this corner which btw also happens on a few other spots that i personally know..., its the huge glass building that bounces fill light all around the corner creating this effect that seems to be as if you are shooting in a studio....

similar effect:

not as successful shot but you get the idea.... also at this spot the light stays like this for shorter period of time.... because the glass bouncing the light is much smaller than the one on 42nd street...
