sup! today was quite bright out... and you all know i like that. :) so i shot a few pics and chose this one out of the pile. I was tempted to post another one showing more of the body of the model but for some reason this one made up here... once again, the choosing dilemma.
quick question to those who may be able to answer it: if you agree to shot someone say for a job or just for fun! how is the interaction between you and the subject? while shotting? what do you do and what has been your experience?

What i always do when i have a photoshoot with a model is first talk about the shoot over a good cup of coffee. Talk about what both of you expect of the shoot. During the shoot it is impaortant to make sure that the model is feeling secure. That means that the photographer must not be insecure. As soon as the photograper is insecure then the model will get insecure and the shoot will be a waste. you have to constantly talk to him or her when shooting. Make him or her feel at home. Aslo be prepared. Before you take the shoot make sure you know what you want. And make sure you know what the model wants. Write things down, make a plan. At least that works for me. Keep in mind that everybody has his or her own way of working. Experiment and choose the method which gives you the best comfort and result.

I don't know about you, but everytime it's sunny out, as I venture out the door...I always tilt my head towards the sun and smile! Just like your model. :-) Seriously...this is a good pic...cheery too.
