unrelated:
over the weekend i first ran into dominicantoday "The first and only English language online news publication in the Dominican Republic."
and not only was i fascinated with the quality of its content and their very nice and clean site, but quite proud that actual local Dominicans - within the country i mean by local- are giving a way of spreading the voice of the nation to a wider audience other that Spanish speaking Dominicans. - very nice thing indeed.
