when i was learning english 4 years ago at parsons. I was in a class where my teacher brought a piece of writing on the 100 things you had to do/not do and or believe to be a new yorker. all of the things listed of course were absurd ideas... one of them was that you had to believe central park was nature. this may come as a surprise to many (none new yorkers specially) but the truth is that very little of the park is actually "natural" here

ahh, also another one was "never do jersey" :) sorry guys, i couldn't resit from listing this one... don't get me wrong... i love jersey.
